In accord with our efforts to promote and enhance programs that focus on early childhood care, the Helene Marks Early Start Foundation will donate libraries to the Helene Marks Award winner and to the nine runners-up. Each winner of the award is provided with 57 books which cater to children 0-3 and improve early learning.
