HMESF Donation cards are the perfect way to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, marriages, or any momentous life events for those close to you. To send a donation card fill out the donation form and a beautifully handwritten card will be sent in your name, acknowledging your gift. Please indicate the amount you would like to donate (we require a minimum donation of $5).
